The morning after the day before
As Santa gets closer heads are getting sorer thanks to a deluge of Christmas carousing and office parties.
We can’t stop you getting a woolly head but this site has some anti hangover suggestions. Eat as much as you can before embarking on your bender, particularly fatty foods. Drink plenty of orange juice for the vitamin c. Caffeine may help but only in the short term.
You could take onboard other suggestions from visitors to the site – one person suggested a sausage roll and a strawberry milkshake, another a bowl of hot and spicy chilli
And it may sound obvious but the most foolproof way not to get a hangover is…not to drink alcohol…..as if.
