One website has decided to take a stand against this courtroom nonsense by showcasing some of America’s looniest lawsuits. For example, there was the drunk woman who sued the police because they decided not to take her into custody; The prisoner who sued Michigan state blaming the food in prison for his flatulence problem and the couple who sued the owners of a nearby business claiming that dust noise and vibrations were trespassing on their property.

Like an Irish tribunal the list goes on and on. Some would go as far as to say it’s white collar crime - like learning to steal from watching Ally McBeal….
