Eat yourself thinner

Most New Years Resolution include the desire to shed some pounds but where do you start….

There’s the atkins diet or Carol Vorderman’s 28 day detox or the quick weight loss high burn low intenisty three way 3 day cabbage soup diet…

How about some common sense - look no further than the healing foods pyramid created by expert nutritionists in Michigan.
