On Saturday start by brushing your teeth with your left hand, then take a shower with your eyes closed so as to engage your other senses. On Monday you should eat Marmite on toast and cycle to work. Try some yoga, pilates and meditation on Wednesday but not simultaneously and round off your better smarter week with a soak in a hot bath with lavender oil.
As a motivational routine it may just work but don’t expect to shed the pounds. Exercises are both physical and mental so whatever body fat you lose is likely to be countered by the swelling of your brain.
