Lager Tout
We’ve had our first tantalising taste of Summer and let’s face it, nothing tastes better in warm weather than cold beer and there’s one brand of cold beer everyone loves and that’s…..free cold beer.
One website has developed the world’s first open source beer recipe. No ordinary homebrew, this beer is a medium strong with a deep golden red colour and an original but familiar taste, and it’s own jazzy them tune, complete with suggestively clinking bottles…
Brewing is a doddle, provided you’ve got a 12 kilo stash of malted barley, 4 kilos of sugar, 300 g of guarana beans, a pot the size of Munster, a reinforced hob, and the patience of a thirsty saint to allow for four weeks for fermentation. All in all, minor concerns when you consider the eventual outcome – free beer.
